I’m a passionate HR enthusiast and career coach with a decade of experience in the field. From a young age, I discovered my love for HR when I actively participated in NGOs that had dedicated HR departments. It was there that I conducted interviews, recruited new members, designed onboarding and training programs, and developed initiatives to enhance motivation and engagement.
Starting as a recruiter in a recruitment agency, I honed my skills in talent acquisition before transitioning to an business consulting firm. There, I took charge of the entire HR area, overseeing recruitment processes, implementing Employer Branding initiatives, facilitating onboarding and training, conducting appraisal reviews, and handling exit procedures. I had the privilege of working with two entities in two different countries, further expanding my cross-cultural understanding.
Building business processes from scratch is a personal strength, and I take pride in designing Career Growth Policies, optimizing recruitment processes to enhance candidate experiences while reducing costs and time, crafting impactful Employer Branding strategies, and introducing new practices such as Engagement Surveys, Exit Interviews, and Meet the Managers initiatives.
